In the app
- Open The Cut Masterz and sign in with your phone number.
- Tap My appointments.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app
Email cutmasterz@mail.dynatech.cloud from anywhere, with the phone number you signed in with. We delete the account and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account.
- Your notification tokens and any “tell me if this time opens up” alerts.
- Your entry on the shop’s returning-client list.
- Upcoming appointments are cancelled.
What is kept
Past appointments stay in the shop’s business records, with your name, phone number and notes removed. See the Privacy Policy for details.

- Abre The Cut Masterz e inicia sesión con tu número de teléfono.
- Toca Mis citas.
- Toca Eliminar mi cuenta y confirma.
Sin la app
Escribe a cutmasterz@mail.dynatech.cloud con el número de teléfono con el que iniciaste sesión. Eliminamos la cuenta y te respondemos para confirmar.
Qué se elimina
- Tu cuenta de inicio de sesión.
- Tus avisos de notificación y cualquier alerta de “avisarme si se libera este horario”.
- Tu registro en la lista de clientes que regresan.
- Las citas próximas se cancelan.
Qué se conserva
Las citas pasadas quedan en los registros de la barbería, sin tu nombre, número ni notas. Consulta la Política de Privacidad para más detalles.
